Lifetime Warranty

Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

LØFTE jewelry is designed to be worn, lived in and made to last. Every LØFTE piece is backed by our Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty against eligible defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers defects determined by LØFTE, or an appropriately qualified assessor, to have resulted from the manufacture of your jewelry.

Depending on the circumstances, covered manufacturing defects may include:

  • Structural faults in the gold setting or construction of the piece

  • Porosity or manufacturing defects in the metal

  • Faulty or defective stone settings attributable to manufacture

  • Stones that become loose or are lost as a direct result of a confirmed manufacturing defect

  • Other faults in materials or workmanship resulting from manufacture

A manufacturing defect is different from damage or deterioration caused by normal wear, impact, misuse or circumstances occurring after manufacture.

What Is Not Covered

Fine jewelry naturally changes with wear. Our Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, abrasions or changes to the surface finish of gold

  • Gradual wearing, thinning or deformation of bands, settings, bezels, prongs or other components through normal use

  • Accidental damage, impact, crushing, misuse or neglect

  • Damage caused by improper care or storage

  • Loss or theft of the jewelry

  • Chipping, scratching, cracking or breaking of a diamond or gemstone caused by impact, wear or accidental damage

  • Loss of a stone unless the loss is determined to have resulted directly from a manufacturing defect

  • Discoloration or damage caused by chemicals, chlorine, cosmetics, cleaning products or environmental exposure

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow LØFTE care instructions

  • Damage caused or contributed to by resizing, alteration, repair or other work performed by a third party

Diamonds are highly durable, but they are not indestructible. Impact at certain angles, particularly around exposed edges, may chip or damage a stone. This is not considered a manufacturing defect unless an assessment establishes that the damage resulted from manufacture.

Normal Wear & Care

Fine jewelry is intended to be worn, but regular wear will naturally affect its appearance over time.

Polished gold may develop fine scratches and changes in finish. Settings, bands and other components can gradually wear and may periodically require professional cleaning, polishing or maintenance.

These changes are considered normal wear and are not manufacturing defects.

We recommend periodically inspecting your jewelry and having it professionally assessed if you notice movement in a stone, damage to the setting or any other change that concerns you.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your LØFTE jewelry has developed a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact LØFTE through our Contact page and provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

  2. Include clear photographs or video showing the area of concern.

  3. Our team will review the information and advise whether the jewelry needs to be returned for professional assessment.

  4. If an assessment is required, we will provide return instructions before you send your jewelry.

  5. Once assessed, we will advise whether the issue is covered by our Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Please do not send jewelry to LØFTE without first receiving return instructions.

Assessment & Resolution

Where a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, LØFTE will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or another suitable resolution, subject to applicable law.

Where an issue is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, we may provide an estimate for repair or servicing where available. No paid repair or service will be undertaken without your approval.

Any applicable shipping, assessment or repair charges for issues not covered by the warranty will be disclosed before proceeding.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase may be required when making a claim under this voluntary warranty.

Where applicable, please retain your order confirmation, invoice and any diamond certification supplied with your jewelry.

This requirement does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Australian Customers — Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law exist in addition to the LØFTE Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

If goods fail to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy depending on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor.

You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee.

For more information about your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website.

United States Customers

For purchases in the United States, this warranty is provided subject to applicable federal and state warranty and consumer protection laws.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any implied warranty, statutory right or remedy where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Damage caused or contributed to by third-party repair, alteration or resizing may not be covered by this warranty. However, the use of an independent repairer does not, by itself, automatically void rights or warranty protections that cannot lawfully be conditioned in that manner.
