Made-to-order pieces are individually prepared and may require approximately 15 working days for production before dispatch.

Delivery times are additional and vary by destination. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Yes. Løfte jewelry is created with lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.

The difference is their origin: they are grown in controlled conditions rather than extracted from the earth.

They are real diamonds — not diamond simulants.

Our core collection features exceptional-quality lab-grown diamonds, with D/E color and VS1–VS2 clarity where specified.

D represents the highest color grade on the internationally recognized D-to-Z diamond grading scale, indicating a colorless diamond, while VS clarity grades indicate very small inclusions that are typically difficult to see without magnification.

Qualifying diamonds over 1 carat are accompanied by an independent IGI grading report.

The report records important characteristics of the individual diamond, including its carat weight, color, clarity, and measurements.

Many LØFTE rings are intentionally designed to sit lower on the finger.

Rather than raising the diamond unnecessarily above the band, our low-profile settings bring the stone closer to the hand, creating a refined, understated silhouette.

Yes. Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for full store credit, or for a refund to your original payment method less an 8% processing fee. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original Løfte packaging with any certification documents.

Made-to-order, engraved and personalized pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Earrings can be exchanged or credited if returned unworn.

To request a return, simply contact us with your order number and the details of your request. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

Changes or cancellations can generally be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not commenced.

Because made-to-order pieces can enter production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Fine jewelry is designed to be worn, but it should be treated with care.

We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, exercising, sleeping, manual work, or using household chemicals.

When not being worn, store each piece separately in its Løfte box, pouch, or another soft-lined jewelry box.

For routine cleaning, use lukewarm water, a small amount of mild dish soap, and a very soft brush. If you notice any movement or change in the setting, stop wearing the piece and have it professionally inspected.
